Hi, Iโm la. ๐ Iโm a Senior Content Developer who writes documentation for AI and developer platforms, and Iโm especially interested in what happens when AI agents become readers, too.
I spent more than seven years at Microsoft. I started as a software development engineer apprentice on Windows Defender, then moved to Microsoft Teams as a software developer writer and program manager. Most recently, I created Azure AI content for Microsoft Learn, first as a Content Developer and then as a Senior Content Developer, covering services like Foundry Local, Translator, Language, and Document Intelligence.
My focus is AI and human augmentation: collaborating with AI agents, not just delegating to them. That idea runs through my recent work, from spot, the awareness agent I built to stay connected with product managers, to QuadCatcher, a framework for measuring what content is worth to both humans and AI.
Highlights
- ๐ค AI-ready docs: AI-readiness scores of 89.5โ97.6% on every docset I owned, against a 79.7% baseline.
- โจ Modernized Azure AI Language content: updated 199 of 501 files with Copilot, regex, and automation; freshness rose from 85% to 94% and quality from 88% to 97%.
- ๐ Launched Azure Content Understanding at Ignite 2024: 24 articles on a one-month deadline; monthly page views grew from 5.1K to 13.1K.
- ๐ Docset ownership at scale: Form Recognizer (now Document Intelligence) and Translator, about 450 articles and more than 300,000 monthly page views.
- ๐งช Rebuilt quickstarts from user research: in a follow-up study, 90% of participants made a successful first API call, and the model was adopted across Cognitive Services.
- ๐ Microsoft Global Hackathon 2021
